Very harsh regime I wouldn't treat people the way they do and you never hear of the staff being treated the way they behave to others so the evidence says that no one thinks the staff are caring or good. Even the staff don't want a taste of their own medicine figuratively.or literally. The staff make no progress and reviews make no improvement to their regime neither does writing to PALs. Their literature says the staff are there to help people live life to the full but in practice this is far from what happens.

Staff at the unit are treating my child well and have a friendly and professional approach, all staff are not always aware of my child’s refeeding plan and some ask her to tell them what she should be having to eat. as my daughter suffers from anorexia she finds it tempting to give a false answer although she assured me she has never done it and has always been truthful,
